Before looking for accommodation in our database, please read the comments and advice below:

• The service is free and it aims to make it easier for members of the Rovira i Virgili University, mainly students, to find accommodation. The Accommodation Office will provide URV members only with the accommodation information and contact details given by the proprietors and/or tenants. The URV is not responsible for any agreements and/or contracts that the proprietors and our users may enter into.

• Neither is the Accommodation Office responsible for the quality of the accommodation or for any differences between the information provided and the reality of the flat. The information has been made available to us by the proprietors or tenants themselves and has not been checked. Should you detect any serious irregularities in the condition of the accommodation, or considerable differences between the reality and the information supplied, we would be grateful if you could inform us.

• The service is exclusively for members of our University. People who do not belong to the Rovira i Virgili University cannot use the service and the people who do belong must use it responsibly. To access the service, you must enter your user code and your URV e-mail password.

• The accommodation that this database contains is directly provided by individuals (proprietors or tenants). Professionals of the property market (property companies, estate agents, etc.) or other intermediaries who charge students a commission are not allowed to enter information. Should you detect that some of the accommodation does not comply with this requisite and the contact is an estate agent who charges commission for his/her services, please let us know by ringing 977 55 84 76 or by sending an e-mail to bhabitatge@urv.cat.

• To keep our database up to date and to prevent any unnecessary bother in the future, we would be grateful if you could let us know which accommodation has been occupied as a result of searching our database.
